"I can't say how grateful I am to North Pole Veterinary Hospital! They treat ALL of my dogs as if they were their own; with genuine concern and compassion. I had the misfortune to lose a dog to seizures and was amazed at the lengths they went to research any/all new treatments available to save him! When I first moved here I had visited a couple of other clinics in town and was treated rudely by their desk staff and as a number by the Vet. I believe North Pole has accumulated the best group of Vets and Techs in all of Fairbanks and have loved to watch the business grow and expand to what is is today. The new remodel is so contemporary and absolutely beautiful! I'm so thankful they were able to stay open and NOT close during the remodel, or Covid, because God knows I needed them a few times during!Professional and courteous staff, large number of vets on staff allowing appointments to be scheduled sooner. I know people who drive 40 miles and past all other clinics in town to come to this hospital, it's THAT good!"
